These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and the purchase and use of Reclaim Your Back Story, an online movement course provided by Mostly A. Productions Limited, trading as Alex CJ Movement.

You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit its content without permission.
3. Reclaim Your Back Story
Reclaim Your Back Story is a pre-recorded, home-based movement education course for adults aged 18 and over.
The course consists of seven sessions released over seven days, with approximately 15 minutes of movement each day. Purchase provides six months' access to the course unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
The course is intended to provide general movement education. It is not personalised medical care, diagnosis, physiotherapy or treatment.
4. Price and payment
The standard price of Reclaim Your Back Story is £59. The course may occasionally be offered at a promotional price. The current promotional price is £37.
The price displayed at checkout is the price you will pay.
Payment is made as a one-off payment through the payment provider shown at checkout. There is no recurring subscription unless this is expressly stated before purchase.
5. Access to the course
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access Reclaim Your Back Story for six months.
Course videos are provided for streaming through the course platform. You may not download, screen-record, copy, share, reproduce, sell or distribute the videos, written materials or other course content.
Login details must not be shared with another person.
6. Health and participation
You are responsible for deciding whether the course is appropriate for you and for exercising within your own capabilities.
Before taking part, you must read the Medical & Exercise Disclaimer and Before You Begin safety information provided by Alex CJ Movement.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience symptoms that concern you.
Nothing in the course should be treated as a substitute for individual advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
7. Results
Everybody responds to movement differently. No particular outcome, improvement in symptoms, reduction in pain or other result is promised or guaranteed.
8. Digital content and cancellation rights
Reclaim Your Back Story is digital content supplied online.
Where you request immediate access to the course before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period, you will be asked to expressly consent to supply of the digital content beginning immediately and to acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins.
This does not affect any other rights you may have where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to your statutory rights.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website and Reclaim Your Back Story, including videos, text, graphics, course materials, branding and downloadable resources, belongs to or is licensed to Mostly A. Productions Limited.
Purchasing the course does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to your statutory rights, Alex CJ Movement is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you purchased the course or for losses arising from use of the course for business or commercial purposes.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
12. Changes to the course or these Terms
We may make reasonable changes to the course, website or these Terms from time to time, including where required for legal, security, technical or educational reasons.
Changes will not reduce rights you have already acquired under applicable consumer law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another country, you may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws that apply where you live.
